Ingredients: Serves 4

50 g/2 oz/1 small packet of mixed nuts and raisins, chopped

60 ml/4 tbsp maple syrup

Method:

Warm together in a saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave. Spoon over ice cream and serve immediately.
