Strawberry and Banana Cheese Pancakes Recipe

1 quantity of Simple Pancakes
100 g/4 oz strawberries, thinly sliced
3 small bananas, thinly sliced
Finely grated rind of I lime
150 ml fromage frais
Icing (confectioners') sugar, for dusting
4 whole strawberries, to decorate

Method:

Make the pancakes. Mix together the strawberries, bananas and lime rind and divide between the pancakes. Roll up and place on serving plates. Top with a dollop of fromage frais and dust with sifted icing sugar. Decorate each plate with a whole strawberry.
