Pancakes with Panache Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

1 quantity of Simple Pancakes
500 ml any vanilla ice cream
1 quantity Chocolate Caramel Sauce
Grated chocolate, to decorate

Method:

Make the pancakes and cool. Put a scoop of ice cream in each and fold up. Place on plates, drizzle with the Chocolate Caramel Sauce, top with grated chocolate and serve.
