Brandy Snap Baskets Recipe

Ingredients: Makes 8

1 quantity of Brandy Snap mixture

Fresh fruit, to serve

Method:

Prepare as for brandy snaps, but put 10 ml/2 tsp amounts of the mixture well apart on the lined baking (cookie) sheets. Mould over a greased orange or small individual bowl instead of the spoon handle. Serve filled with fresh fruit.
